Varanasi a rich place in terms of spirituality,The spiritual heart of India, Varanasi is located on the banks of the Ganges River. It’s famous for its ghats (steps leading to the river) where people engage in religious rituals and ceremonies.

Varanasi is among the cheapest city from all three mentioned destinations, you can rent a dorm t as minimum as 400 bucks and have a meal for less than 100.
